Fitnesse 14 Day Program (Day 1)
Good Morning my dear fellas! Today, I'll be sharing a new fitness program where you and I can do this together. Who want to lose weight say I! I! Yes, I just don't want to lose some weight but as well as to be healthy and fit. A few weeks ago I've seen Laureen Uy, the famous Filipina fashion blogger and a newbie actress flaunting her sexy abs on her instagram and encouraging her readers as well as her followers to try the 14 Day Program that has been launched by Nestle Fitnesse. I was thinking to try it out for weeks and finally I have decided yesterday when me and my best bud Chrissie went for a grocery shopping. What encourages me most when I saw the cereal box is the freebie which contains a 20 min. dance exercise on it. Without hesitations I picked up the box and bought it. I know I have to be motivated if I really wanted to lose some weight and not to mention the abs! (insert starry smiley here♥)
There you go! that's the freebie I've been talking about. The box itself will draw your attention, Shape Up your Lifestyle and Dance like a POP STAR! wow! At the back of the box you'll see the instructions that you need to follow in order to achieve your goal which is to lose some weight and to flatten your tummy.
Nestle Finesse 14 Day Program includes an example Meal Plan:
BREAKFAST:
1) 1 bowl of Nestle Fitnesse, Honey & almond with skimmed milk, 1 portion of fruit, 1 cup of tea/coffee.
LUNCH:
2) Choose a balanced meal, e.g. vegetable and fish with rice or pasta and a low fat dessert.
DINNER:
3) 1 bowl of Nestle Fitnesse, Honey & almond with skimmed milk. Don't forget there are lots of great flavours to choose from.
If Nestle Fitness 14 Day Program has a Meal plan, I also have my 5 steps to stay fit PLAN. I guess you're already familiar with this since I got this from the movie "My Big Love" :)
Goal Setting! that's number one on the list. I have to ask myself first why I wanted to lose weight? ans: I want to feel healthy, sexy, fit and fab and I'm not doing this for someone else's but I'm doing this for myself. :)
Start Today! When you say start today, you really have to start today! Not later, not tomorrow but today! Start exercising today ♥
No shortcuts! What do I mean by no shortcuts? That means I have to start with number one rule and no skipping.
Motivate yourself! How to motivate yourself? Well, as for me the only inspirations I have to be well motivated is my family. I don't want them to worry about me being unhealthy.
Be happy! The last and final part of the plan is to be happy. Achieving once goal is a great reward for yourself and that part will really make me so happy. :)

This is my step number one, my Goal Setting! :) I wanted to at least make that 58 kilos down to 55 for two weeks! Three kilos is not a lot but that's too hard for me since I really love eating. This time I have to sacrifice and forbid myself to eat junk foods and fatty foods. I have to follow my Meal Plan, remember, no shortcuts! :)

Are you excited? This will be my Start Today! :)
Start today! Start Exercising today! I woke up early today for my 20 minutes exercise just to burn calories. Since I have a work at 8:00 a.m. I have to sacrifice waking up early around 5:00 a.m for my dance exercise.
No shortcut! This is my no shortcut plan. I have to follow my meal plan, no skipping or else I'll go back to rule number one which is? Goal Setting again! So to avoid going back to rule number one, always remember that there are no shortcuts!
Motivate yourself! You see I took a photo of myself showing off my tummy to motivate myself from this body to getting a flat tummy plus abs :)
Be Happy! Since this is a 14 Day program, I can't show you the real be happy stage since we're not yet done but for today I'm happy to burn calories from exercising and sweating like hell! :) Yey!
