Look109: DIY Cutout Details
Forgive me for this late post, I was actually trying to blog about this one last Friday night on my phone but I wasn't able to publish it. I was trying to look over my drafts if it was saved but unfortunately it wasn't. I think some of you had seen the preview of my Friday OOTD since I uploaded it on my ig and fb account. I'm loving these cropped tops and cutout details ever since the day I've seen these on T.V's, magazines and on my favorite blogs. It's on trend and I can't let it passed without wearing 'em. I just have to make the most out of it before it totally fade out.
Making the most out of it without spending too much and waking up your creative skills. Being a student now who pays for my own tuition fee made me spend less for clothes now. I have to be resourceful and think of something that I can reinvent out of my old clothes. Then an idea popped out when I was watching cinema news where Bianca Gonzales was wearing this beautiful black dress with a cutout details on the tummy part. Right after that I hurriedly grabbed the black dress on my closet, a pair of scissors and my sewing kit.
I cut the sleeves , draw a detail on the tummy part before cutting them off and sewed the hem lines. It might sound really weird but I tend to do this most of the time specially when I ran out of something new to wear. And hoala! I now have my very own cutout dress without costing me a single penny. :) Since it was a working Friday, I opted to wear my mustard blazer as a cover up and finished them up with my new pair of winged earrings and necklace. Oh! before I forgot, you can actually take a look on the original dress here.

It's actually a busy Friday and that explains the shoot location. As usual with the help of my bestie Chrissie who managed to captured these beautiful looking photos. What would I do without you ngers? Thank you very much for being a wonderful friendographer. lol.
